CreateBaltimore is an annual gathering of Baltimore's most imaginative creators, innovators, and change-makers. Baltimore has a wide range of creative people doing incredibly interesting things, but often in their own circles and in their own communities. Create Baltimore brings all of these communities together: technologists and artists, entrepreneurs and activists, institutions and instigators, young students and seasoned professionals. At CreateBaltimore, individuals from these seemingly isolated groups are united by their shared commitment to this city, and given an opportunity to learn, dream, and collaborate together that they might not otherwise find.

What to expect
CreateBaltimore turns the traditional conference format upside down. There will be some prescheduled sessions, but much of the agenda will be proposed and determined by the participants themselves. There will be room for concrete, practical projects as well as broader, long term discussions. You can expect to interact with the city of Baltimore in new ways, make unexpected connections personally and professionally, and have your opinions matter.
